Warranty, Service & Repairs

The warranty on Olympus products distributed in New Zealand by Dictation Distributors is 12 months Parts & Labour.

All accessories, i.e. foot controls, headsets, microphones, memory cards, leads and cables, have a 90 day warranty.  Unfortunately there is no International warranty - products purchased overseas should be returned to the place of purchase. 

When purchasing product, it is important that you complete the warranty card included with the goods.  The card is pre-addressed and is FreePost when posted in New Zealand.  Alternatively you can Register your Warranty Online.

All warranties are "Return to Base"  it is therefore the responsiliby of the purchaser to package and return the faulty to our Auckland Office or the Reseller from whom it was purchased.  Please do ensure the item(s) are well packaged to minimise the risk of transit damage.  We do recommend that returns are by courier rather than postal service.
