Project Management

As many of our Work Group Solution products require specialist setup and support, we offer a comprehensive Project Management service.  Whilst we do not sell direct, we do work with our resellers to ensure that you, as an Olympus customer, receives the best possible service and support. 

The Olympus user base is extensive, from Government departments to Legal offices and independant professionals.  In many cases, these customers directed their initial enquiry to their traditional stationery supplier, who in turn contacted us to work together in arranging product demonstrations, system scoping and setup.  For many, our association is ongoing as we continue to provide user support.

Warranty, Service & Repairs

The warranty on Olympus products distributed in New Zealand by Dictation Distributors is 12 months Parts & Labour for Tape Recorders and Transcribers, and Digital Voice Recorders.  All accessories, i.e. foot controls, headsets, microphones, memory cards, leads and cables, have a 90 day warranty.  Unfortunately there is no International warranty.  As such, product purchased overseas should be returned to place of purchase. 

When purchasing product, it is important that you complete the warranty card included with the goods.  The card is pre-addressed and is FreePost when posted in New Zealand.  Alternatively you can register online.

Ours is a Return to Base Warranty.  This means it is the purchasers responsibility to return the goods to either the place where it was purchased or to our Auckland office.  Please ensure all items are well packaged to minimise the risk of transit damage.  We do recommend that returns are by courier rather than post service.
