Calls are answered by a member of our Customer Services Team. As your call may be of a Technical nature, please assist by providing a brief overview of the problem so that we may assess your requirements and offer our recommendations to its early resolve.

Support Services are provided for Olympus Digital Voice Recorders (DVRs), Software and Accessories which have been imported and distributed in NZ by Dictation Distributors. We are not obligated to, nor can we, provide support for goods which have been parallel imported or purchased overseas.
Enquries regarding general PC maintenance, setup and customization of third party software e.g. Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Lotus Notes (etc) should be directed to your IT provider or supplier of the software .
Mac users should be advised that we do not have Apple Mac computers in-house, as such our knowledge on them may be limited.
